AIFST Toolbox Talk: Microbiological criteria and testing in food safety management
Come to the AIFST toolbox talk, hosted by NSW Food Authority, on Wednesday 5 April.
The workshop is designed for people working in the regulatory, manufacturing, quality assurance and research fields and will review FSANZ’s Compendium of Microbiological Criteria for Foods, which was released in October 2016.
Attendees will learn about the purpose and application of the Compendium, implications for the food industry, and supplier requirements from a microbiological perspective.
