PZ Cussons Australia Pty Ltd has recalled Rafferty’s Garden Happy Tummies Vegetable Risotto from Coles and IGA in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and WA, Sigma Healthcare in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA, Big W in NSW and SA, Woolworths in VIC and WA, and Awesome Warehouse in WA due to the potential presence of foreign matter (glass).

- Best Before 10 AUG 2018 and 12 AUG 2018
Consumers should not consume the product. The product can be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
