The NSW Food Authority advises:
Mobu Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as OLÉ Mexican Foods (Australasia) is conducting a recall of La Banderita White Corn Street Tacos. The product has been available for sale at Independent Supermarkets and Grocers in NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA and WA.
Product details:
- La Banderita White Corn Street Tacos, 260g, 4” corn tortilla - 20 servings per pack in resealable plastic packaging
Date markings:
- Best Before: 18/06/2019; 02/07/2019; 16/07/2019; 29/07/2019
Problem: The recall is due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (gluten).
Food safety hazard: Any consumers who have a gluten allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.
Country of origin: USA
What to do: Consumers who have a gluten allergy or intolerance should not consume this product and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
