The NSW Food Authority advises:
Tasman Foods International Pty Ltd is conducting a recall of Chan's Yum Cha at Home products (Vegetarian Shiitake Dumpling, Prawn Hargow and Sesame Prawn Toast). The products have been available for sale at Coles in NSW and SA (prawn Hargow only in SA).
Product details:
- Chan’s Yum Cha at Home Vegetarian Shiitake Dumpling, 200g
- Chan’s Yum Cha at Home Prawn Hargow, 200g
- Chan’s Yum Cha at Home Sesame Prawn Toast, 248g
Date markings:
- Use By 29/07/2019
Problem: The recall is due to non-compliant labelling (incorrect Use By date).
Food safety hazard: Food products with an incorrect date marking may cause illness if consumed.
Country of origin: Vietnam
What to do: Consumers should not eat this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
