Mushroom Exchange has recalled Sliced White and Brown Mushrooms (various) from Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, independent supermarkets and greengrocers in NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC and TAS due to the potential presence of foreign matter (hard plastic).

ALL: Best Before or Use By dates up to and including 19/07/2018 except 500g Coles mushrooms 500g which is Use By 11/07/18

ALL: Clear Plastic PET Tray with clear film over wrap or Brown plastic PET tray with clear film overwrap
